B&O Trading GmbH is a Swiss-based company operating under the Businezza brand, specializing in workwear, corporate fashion, uniforms and customized professional clothing.
Through our established textile production infrastructure and manufacturing network in Istanbul, we are able to offer flexible solutions for both small and large orders, including custom-made products, embroidery, printing, logo application and individual designs.
We are currently looking for independent sales agents / commercial representatives in Switzerland who would like to expand their existing portfolio with a flexible and attractive B2B product range.
Our products are suitable for many industries, including:
Hotels, restaurants, cafés and catering companies
Gastronomy and hospitality businesses
Construction and trades
Healthcare and care institutions
Cleaning and facility management companies
Logistics and transport
Retail and service companies
Industrial and technical companies
Corporate customers requiring branded staff clothing
Our main current focus is on gastronomy, hospitality and hotel customers, but sales agents are free to develop customers across all relevant B2B sectors.
Your role
You will be responsible for developing new customers in your region and maintaining your own business relationships.
Typical activities include:
Contacting potential B2B customers
Visiting restaurants, hotels and companies
Presenting our products and samples
Identifying customer requirements
Supporting quotation and order follow-up
Developing long-term customer relationships
You do not need to handle production or technical preparation. We support you with quotations, product selection, samples, customization, pricing and production coordination.

Existing contacts in hospitality, gastronomy, hotels, construction, healthcare or other B2B sectors are a strong advantage.
However, an existing customer portfolio is not mandatory if you have strong B2B sales experience, local market knowledge and the motivation to actively develop new customers.
We are particularly interested in independent sales professionals who already visit B2B customers and would like to add a complementary product category to their existing portfolio.
Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with motivated sales agents throughout Switzerland.
