B2B-Sales Representation
We are looking for a B2B-Sales Representation for the sales and distribution of precision tools in Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands. You have sales experience in technical sales – preferably in the field of tools, abrasives (on flexible/solid bonded/precision tools), technical consumables, or consumables in metalworking.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Self-employment in the B2B sector
• Distribution of our grinding tools
• Support and expansion of existing customer relationships
• Acquisition of new customers
• Continuous analysis of customers, market and competition
• Ensuring developed sales and revenue targets
• Independent management of your sales territory
• Representation of our company and our products
• Implementation of the company‘s strategic sales objectives
YOUR CHARACTERISTICS
• Profound technical knowledge (ideally an education in engineering) or knowledge in machining of metals
• Contacts to metalworking industry
• Successfully completed vocational training with a technical/ manufacturing background, preferably with additional qualifications such as technician/master craftsman with business administration knowledge
• Alternatively, successfully completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by the acquisition of technical knowledge and further training, e.g., as a business economist, specialist, or comparable
• Technical understanding in the field of tool application and analytical thinking skills
• Knowledge of industrial production processes
• Very good planning and organizational skills
• Comprehensive quality awareness
• Strong communication skills and high social competence
• Willingness to travel
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills, as well as confident use of MS Office applications
