ScanLang GmbH successfully sells communication services (consulting & translation) & software for capturing feedback via smiley terminals from HappyOrNot. This software solution was launched by ScanLang in early 2014 on the Austrian market in close cooperation with the manufacturer, initially from four customers to 80 existing customers expanded. Our company has preferred reseller status for Austria since 2018.
This software is primarily used by organizations in the fields of healthcare (hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostic facilities), retail, personal mobility (airports, railways, street maintenance) and public clients such as municipalities. In this way, these organizations measure and improve the dialogue with their employees, patients, citizens and customers. Our company has strong links to the mentioned sectors.
We are a family company with two founders and two other employees.
We are interested in getting to know to an additional principal. Our company would sell and marketize the services and products. We could act either as commercial agents or as a reseller.
